"Less than impressed with the service offered by the staff here. My father bought an engagement ring here in November. The ring had been ordered to size. After about 2 weeks (LONG BEFORE he was even able to pick the ring up) he called to cancel/return the order as it was no longer needed. The staff refused to offer him a return or refund. He hadn’t even picked the ring up!!! Let alone used it or had it worn!! You would certainly expect better from a “family owned and operated” company. I’m sad to say I ever have given this place business myself. Never ever again will anyone in our family be supporting this place, and I will be sure to let everyone who cares to hear about it know as well. Absolutely ridiculous."

I’m not giving a full 5star review only because there was a hike in price at one point during the process but Angela quickly helped with settling that.
