Dr. Handa was on call and she made sure everything was tested out and was able to prescribe medicine for my issues. She is a wonderful physician! Very clean facility. Love the online feature to tell you if they are busy. This is my new go to place."
"Wow, if I could give zero stars I would. Called to be seen for worsening Covid symptoms, and the receptionist at this location was absolutely TERRIBLE. Called ahead to see if I could set up an appointment so I wouldn’t have to expose others in the waiting room. Her words exactly were, “Haha, well, there’s nothing we can do. Stay home and away from people, haha.” To which I said, “That simply is not true. I am in the medical field. Standard treatment is Paxlovid, remdesivir, and decadron, etc. There ARE options..and I don’t see why you are laughing.” Then she put me on hold and returned with speaking in a slightly better tone, stating they do offer treatment, but I would have to wait in the waiting room and not in my car (thus knowingly exposing everyone in the waiting room). Even though their website suggests otherwise. Why do I have to say I’m in the medical field in order to be treated with an ounce of respect? Terrible, terrible service. Very unprofessional - she needs some serious disciplinary action. I would never talk to my patients the way she spoke to me. Unfortunately, it’s people like her that tarnish our patients’ perspective of the medical field. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here."
"I would not waste your time and money going here. I went in thinking I had broken my tailbone. It turns out it's just bruised, but it is still extremely painful, which the nurse practitioner even said it's notoriously painful body part to injure/bruise. After being there almost 3 hours, I left being told to take some Tylenol, etc. which I told him I already did, and it did nothing for the pain. The only reason I went was because I needed something for pain. I ended up leaving in tears. I don't know how I'll work, seeing as I sit all day and can't do that with this injury. I can't understand why any doctor or NP would let their patient leave in pain like that and do nothing to help. It's literally a complete waste of time and money."
"**UPDATE** I'd like to thank Nicole for her assistance with helping me resolve this billing issue. Anyone reading this review should be aware that they are an "Immediate Care" facility and not an "Urgent Care" facility, which means your insurance will treat it as an Outpatient Service if labs are done (generally more expensive). The issue I had that will keep me from returning here is due to the above. My daughter was seen and had two separate tests a few weeks apart for strep throat. The co-pay for the visit wasn't the problem, but they charged me $750 (combined) which my insurance considered to be my "co-pay" responsibility because it was billed as an outpatient hospital lab service, and not an urgent care on-site lab service. By all accounts, most people likely go here for walk-in urgent care services and are not expecting to be billed as if they were seen and had labs done in an E.R. The distinction should be clear on their signage and website, which I explained to their Billing managers. Surprisingly, my concerns were heard and validated, and they are taking corrective action on their end. I do appreciate the professionalism and expediency with which this matter was addressed once I escalated the matter out of frustration. My thanks to Nicole for keeping her word, taking action, and calling me back to keep me in the loop until there was a resolution. My best advice - if you are seen here and labs are required, check with your insurance company to see if you should go to a different lab in order for it to be covered. Otherwise, you may be looking at a substantial bill for something as simple as a strep test."
