"I work for a pediatric place I witnessed someone in the waiting room get a call from this office, the patient was Spanish speaking, mom asked for an interpreter. The person who called told me her name was Karen(i think she lied as she saw how suprised we were at how she treated this patient). Karen stated “We are in the USA, if you don’t speak Spanish then thats not my problem, you shouldnt be in the country”. I tried to assist the patient in scheduling since this office aparently offers no interperting services or hire a diversity, she told me to mind my buisness. What kind of office is this that even hires someone who would speak like that to a patient. If you feel this way you should be working at a office surrounded by that population. Tried to reach manegement and according to her there is no manegement at this office. Glad you had a whole waiting room as an auidence to witness this, they made sure to ask what office that was so that they never go there! Also making the primary care aware so they stop referring. I do see that the owner replies and is active on his reviews, he needs to check his staff immediately! This is unacceptable."
"I'm local and have been in this Dr Medical / Attleboro store around 15 times in the past few years each qtr. The owner I dealt with a few times and he could not have been more professional. Have seen the 2nd in charge and 2 other ladies working there and so many customers in need of carts and wheelchairs to knee braces. I smell a rat. I held extremely high level positions at many companies and owned 6 of my own companies. I know customer service and all has been fine for myself and many customers in Dr Medical as i have my fittings and observe all knowing and always paying attention. I've seen nothing remotely unprofessional at DR Medical and those like myself who are disabled were being treated quickly and professionally each time. Seen several customers leave very happy. I think someone has a little help from friends with Google accounts trying to KO business here with self serving agendas. I was just at Dr Medical last Friday and all was good in the store. Quick, polite service again and I order several items as I normally do. Perhaps at one point there was a new employee I never met, but 3 reviews all in one day sounds a little suspect in itself. All is good from my observations."
"Amazing! The women who helped me was so great! She made sure the tall boot I was told to wear by my podiatrist fit correctly! She helped me strap in and showed me how everything worked. She had me walk around to make sure it felt great! She was so helpful!! Thank you!"
"The rudest customer service you will ever find. Hard to imagine that this people are providing a service. I would rather go all the way to Boston to find an orthotic place than ever deal with them again. I would never recommend them to anyone."
"Called about a hospital bed because they were listed on Medicare website as a provider. First call I asked about hospital beds and the man said they have them but they don't bill insurance. I called Medicare to get a list of providers that accept assignment for beds and this place was one of them. I called back to ask if they are a Medicare provider to which the same person replied yes. I told him how I thought it was funny that I had just called earlier and he told me they don't bill insurance. He replied by saying that they can provide a bed. When I told him that per the Medicare rep if they were affiliated with Medicare they HAD to submit the claim he changed his tune and said "we don't have beds." He went on to tell me that they don't have them in the store due to space and so on. He was very rude to the point of sounding very arrogant. I intend to follow up with Medicare about his claims."
