"This is a wonderful practice with a Practice Manager who cares deeply for her patients. However, I saw Aditi Basnet today. She was very unprofessional and did not take my health concerns seriously at all. She literally laughed several times at my health concerns. I had other concerns but decided not to share them. It was clear that she never even saw my blood work results until today; she had them for a month. She is clearly inexperienced and does not take her responsibilities seriously. I do not recommend her at all. I will see another physician at this practice in the future."

"The Medical Pratice can’t get there act together always unorganized. Setting up appointments is a joke can’t do that without having to leave a message then them coming up with Covid excuse. Also they gave me doctors note that said I can’t go back to work who messed that up that’s bad it’s your job to get it right. The manager was rude her tone with me unprofessional. I am all set with that group. They also were saying I needed a PCR becuase one of doctors has medical issues I already took one and they said I need another one even though I took one a day before. Just not organized medical pratice at all they need to get their heads straight or hire people who know what their doing. Then I got tests I already got done at urgent care that they told me to go doctor sent me there. Unbelievable that they can’t see me even though website says same day appointments for urgent medical issues which I have. I’m sick of repeating myself like a parrot to secrataries and there manager. I will be telling everyone I know not to come here. also they neglected me just gave no referrals elsewhere thats abandoning a pacient."

"They want me use my time off and benefits for a "meet and greet." Wont schedule me for a physical without it. Why do i want to pay to say hello to a PA?"

"By far the WORST communication I have ever had with an office. This practice needs to hire people that know what they are doing and know how to talk with patients. They say one thing over the phone and another when you are face to face. The amount of doctor turn over has been stressful to say the least. Since my original doctor left the practice I have had a minimum of 1 doctor change a year for 10 years. I have been with them since I was a baby and they just kicked me out for a missed appointment. This was the push that I needed. Good riddance."

"I had my first visit at this office today and it's very clean and new looking. Large waiting room, short wait, polite and efficient receptionist. The exam room wasn't cold!! I have been seeing Dr. Scott for years at a different location and he always makes me feel better. He is a fantastic doctor. He is so kind and gentle and is someone you can really talk to. He is confident and professional without any of the rushing or aloofness that often goes with those traits. Perfect combination of expertise and superb bedside manner. You will know that you're being expertly cared for by someone who really cares."
