Dr. Johnny Chavarria

"This place has the oddest office hours Ive ever seen from any Dr office. Dr. C is very kind and a good dr. The way the place is run overall is not to my liking. They close randomly it seems. When I first went I was told they were closed on Mondays. Ok. About a year later and I moved so need to switch Dr's for my kids and I call about getting their medical records together.... I called on Wed and was told they are closed Thursdays now so I will need to bring in a note with the request on Friday. I bring the note to them that Friday and they repeatedly informed me how they "legally have 30 days to get medical records ready"..... Ok that is great, I explained my situation and asked if it was possible to have them done asap so my son could be seen for his check up that he was already a couple months behind and needed ASAP. Tell me why I called them to check on the status of my kids med records on day 20 of their "legal 30 days" bologna and the woman goes "Oh, those havent even been started yet".... then 3 business days later they are ready. Why couldnt they be considerate and have them ready within one or two weeks? Why was I made to wait the entire 30 days to get them? Very rude and unprofessional. Its a small practice, those records could have easily been done within one week of my request. But after 3 weeks they basically had forgotten and hadnt bothered starting it."
