"Today, I saw Janelle at the 4th Street location downtown. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was calm, clean, beautiful and welcoming. It's hard not to notice all the details that went in to this beautiful space. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I love the digital in take forms before I arrive so I can really lean into the treatment. Janelle was attentive and really listened to all my concerns. I'm not afraid of acupuncture needles, but if someone was, Janelle makes you feel at ease. There's a lot of extra attention given from the hot stones, to the mugwort and aromatherapy. It's an elevated experience. She also recommended some supplements to help with some of my concerns which I appreciated. I can't wait to go back."
