"Nervous at first. Calmer during the visit. Felt like we were on the same page. I feel this is important for me."
"I have been a client of Andrea’s for a few years. I absolutely love her! Always feel comfortable and look forward to all of my appointments. The staff is always friendly and welcoming."
"Gonna try to keep this short as possible. This all took place the end of last school year, and i still can't wrap my head around it. My then 12 year old (now 13) had spent 3 months in Bradley Outpatient during school hours for behavioral and anxiety issues. Bradley was great. The therapists there were on top of things with him, and he got the help he needed. However, knowing he was going to be done with the program, one of the staff members at Bradley made sure we had a place to continue therapy ASAP for my son when the program was over. Which i made clear that i prefer it to be after school. Which was no problem. She lined up this place at the earliest appointment possible which was a couple weeks after Bradley finished. That day came, and as usual with any appointment, i arrived about 15 minutes early. After walking into a dark "office" i noticed how quiet it was and no one at the front to check patients in. I didn't think much of it, so we sat down and waited. About 20 minutes later another patient walks in, notices us sitting there and she took a seat. 5 minutes after that i got up and walked around saying "hello". No one answered. I sat back down, 10 more minutes go by, i finally got back up and started walking down their little hallway until i noticed a lady sitting at her desk. Told her why we were there. How long we've been there and that someone else is also waiting. Even showed her the paperwork with our appointment day and time with this person. Basically We were there for my son's first visit with Erica Souza. And Her response was "she's not in today let me call her". Right there should have been the red flag for me. So i left my number, all of my son's info and left, waiting for a call to reschedule. I'm pretty understanding i might say and i know "it happens". I get a call on the way home from the woman he was supposed to be talking to right now, rescheduling for the following week with apology. Fast forward to that day, i get a text, saying she can't go into the office today because she's sick. (I actually still have the texts). I was frustrated, but my son needs this and no one else had availability for months. So she rescheduled for the following week at 8 am "just that once" again knowing he can't miss more school and i need after school hours. But i agreed because my son hadn't seen anyone in a month at this point. Keep in mind my son has anxiety issues, doesn't just open up to anyone, 12 years old and doesn't know this person still. At this point we're at 2 appointments she cancelled that my son should have already met her that many times. Third appointment comes, i wake my son up about 615 so we can eat and get ready. I call the school to leave a voicemail telling them he's going to be late. Around 640am i got a TEXT saying "shes working from home today " but can do video call with my son!? I don't know about anyone else, but i know I'm not going to just open up to someone like this, especially if we've never met face to face. I wouldn't expect son to! I finally had enough with that. My son needed someone weeks ago and this woman just brushed it off like no big deal. I let her know how i felt as politely as possible which isn't easy for me. This woman left a kid hanging, a kid, my son with already anxiety problems. And i know I'm leaving out one other appointment she cancelled out on. But you get the point! I called Bradley and told them exactly what went on. And suggested not to refer anyone else from that program to this place. And showed them all the proof as to why not to. I don't know how this person got this position. But she did my son no favors at all. To carelessly text a patient multiple times to cancel is unacceptable. Especially when that patient is a child that clearly needs help. I should have written this then, i could've saved others the headache. But I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. It's obvious they have "satisfied patients" according to their reviews. Not sure how much i believe that. Go at your own risk."
"If I could give a 10 I would! The reception when you check in for the first time was very detailed, comfortable and all-around good experience. The counselor that I have is amazing! It takes forever to find someone you click with, but oh my goodness Jillian is just amazing! I can’t say enough good things about the office and how comfortable it makes you feel"
"Dale is the best therapist ever! She is kind, smart and educated. Been going to this practice for years and she has helped me through it all! Highly recommended this practice!"
