"Waiting time to see Dr. Hoang, was good. I have had this doctor for a couple years, and I find her to be the best of the best! She strives to communicate with the patient effectively and professionally! I would highly recommend her and her staff to anyone that is looking for a new OBGYN doctor!"

"This is the email I sent to Dr Hoang…The reason I sought out another doctor is because the first time (only time) I saw you in person, you came into the exam room and asked how I was doing. I literally said to you “I’m terrified that my blood pressure was so high.” You looked up from your clip board and said “that’s not a symptom of menopause” looked back down at your clip board and said “follow up with your primary”. That was the end of it for you. I do not want to work with a doctor hat clearly does not care about me! You should have retaken my blood pressure at the very least. The office staff (Michelle and Becky I believe) were wonderful and much kinder and more compassionate She responded the same way she responded to being an hour late for that visit, no acknowledgement at all!"
