"They're in the same building as my doctor so I've been using them for 15 years & never had a problem. The phlebotomists are capable, hard working people providing a valuable service well. I get that the check in kiosk takes time & confuses some people, but that's how the world works these days. I don't know how much help the staff provides in that regard but I do know it's often a very busy place with a full waiting room & multiple phlebotomists working flat out. So if you get any hand holding rejoice!"

"Amazing phlebotomist, I wish I remembered her name to thank her. Super nice and calming to talk to. I had to get drawn twice for cultures and both sticks were perfect. Didn’t blow the vein, and as someone who bruises super easily, I didn’t bruise at all. They also did a great job with fixing the tests my doctor ordered incorrectly. Communication was great. I got lucky with a short wait time since I went at 2pm without an appointment after my doctors appointment and that is also a plus for sure. I would definitely go here again the next time I need labs drawn."
