"Spravato was literally my last hope and resort for treatment. It was helping significantly. Other people were seeing improvements in me, I was feeling stable again and loving and functioning with work. I had a terrible week and lack of sleep because of something situational with my vindictive landlords. I hadn’t slept and was feeling slightly manic, and their doctor sherry says it’s probably a side effect of Spravato, even though it’s happened before under extreme circumstances. I saw someone get kicked off who said it was helping for having an off week. I asked Tia, the MA that supervises treatments if they kick people off for having a bad week. She said of course not, literally walked out of the room told the doctor that she shouldn’t provide the treatment. She seemed really nice and I trusted her. The NP Claims it’s a pause to have the doctor reevaluate, and that he will decide if continuing is happening. But having seen with my own eyes people get kicked off for having a bad week, I don’t trust get for a second. It’s common here. Now I’m going to have this life saving treatment stopped because I had a terrible week. This was my last hope. It was helping! I’m not going to last very long without it. This is cruel and unethical to give someone hope and improvement, only to revoke it. My depression is med resistant, and I had so so much hope because it was helping. Thanks, staff of this place for taking away my renewed ability to have a quality life. And most likely a life at all. Monsters"
"The prescription management supervisor, Lila, is always extremely helpful and kind. When you are frustrated with a situation outside of your control, it makes a huge difference to speak to someone who is compassionate and dependably responsible. She is pleasure to speak to always. My provider Kevin Nardone is great too."
"Dr. Nardone is absolutely amazing. Best doctor i have ever had. He is kind, patient and most of all he truly cares and remembers his patients.. I highly highly recommend him. I have seen other doctors at this practice and other practices but no one compares by far to the genuine care, support and understanding he has provided for me. He helped find the proper medication that worked best for me and i have honestly never had such a devoted doctor as much as him. You wont find anyone better!!"
"I have been a patient here for years. Dr. Nardone is truly amazing and has helped me overcome so much. I have also dealt with Abdul, when calling in for appointments or help with refills and he is fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I highly recommend becoming a patient here."
"I had a terrible experience with a provider in this location. She was consistently late for appointments (by one, two, sometimes three hours). Whenever I tried to address this with the front desk staff I was ignored. Last straw was when she missed an appointment entirely. She ignored my follow-up emails, never apologized for the missed appointment, and as a result my prescriptions were not refilled going into a holiday weekend. No thanks. I'll take my business to a practice that cares about its patients."
