Didn't come till Wednesday the following week. Nice people though"

They successfully replaced my dilapidated pool liner, provided me cleaning service (4 years), dealt with repairs, and purchased parts. They have a nice inventory of pool accessories in stock, as well as many chemical treatment products to choose from and stock up on. It’s always a pleasure to deal with these guys and they are incredibly patient. I am living proof of this and as I am a demanding customer. Keep up the great work guys!"

"My pool was a disaster. While Ledgewater wasn't able to fit me in, Katie said to bring her a water sample to take a look at. I took it in, explained the past two weeks of hair-tearing frustration, and got a) specific instructions on what to put in my pool, and b) a very detailed how-to for backwashing my filter. I paid for some product, but Katie took at least 15 minutes to walk me through step-by-step instructions on how to manage my filter. Her guidance was spot-on, and a few days later, my pool is finally clear! Jess was also extremely helpful and both were happy to spend time answering this newbie pool owner's questions.
