"Horrible. The pharmacy doesn't answer its phone. I called the Falmouth store and was on hold for more than 30 minutes. The first 10 minutes the voice said they'd be with me SHORTLY and there were 3 people ahead of me. Then the message changes slightly informing you there are two callers ahead. After 20 minutes of that I realized the were never going to answer the phone. I don't think they understand the difference between prescriptions and gum. They seem to assign the same priority to both. Really scary if you think about it."
"Horribly short staffed. Often closes for several days at a time without notice leaving customers without their prescriptions"
"I only gave 2 stars rather than 1 because I empathize with the issues plaguing the medical field currently. There is a purported shortage of pharmacists and technicians nationally. However, I do feel that Walgreens taking over for Rite-Aid caused a lot of the issues and poor management. Slowly as Walgreens took more control, the store feels barren, very limited selection, and the pharmacy has had major employee turn-over and has been plagued with too many Rx errors. I find myself needing to call the pharmacy multiple times a month to resolve issues. I do feel that the staff have good intentions, but are likely over worked, feel unsupported, or not compensated properly? The Walgreens portal is too often in disagreement with the actual pharmacy requiring phone calls and long hold times. I never experienced any of these issues back in the Rite-Aid days. Even the posted "OPEN" times are inaccurate online and on their website showing a lack of quality control / assurtance. Again, I'll empathize a bit with "the times", however I have reason to beleive that Walgreens Corporate is not creating the environment for good people to want to work there and they have systematicaly destroyed what used to be a great store and pharmacy. I am not sure who to feel badly for, but something is just not right .. ever since Walgreens took over."
"Pharmacy refused to give me my flu vaccine without an appointment even though there were FOUR pharmacists on site at 930 am with one other person in the store"
