No greeting, no thank you, threw my receipt on the counter and walked away. She was visibly and verbally confrontational because it took me about 10 seconds to pull up my Amazon return info."

I had been to Walmart where standing next to the sign reading “we change watch batteries $5.95” I was told only if my watch was purchased there. At staples Nicki got a tool, opened each watch, wrote down the battery number— went to look for it— not in stock— wrapped the watches so they stayed open and I could do it myself, rewrote the list for clarity and sent me on with suggestions for where I could find the batteries. It was some of the most adept, thoughtful customer service I have ever received. This young woman should be recognized!"
