"Last spring on short notice my daughter was offered employment in Old Orchard Beach. Finding an apartment at the time turn out to be very difficult do to most homes being seasonal rentals. I met Enchi and he was creative and determined to help my daughter find a home to settle into. Enchi was easy to work with which was important do to us corresponding long distance. Once agreeing on an apartment from out of state we travel to Maine and it was all we were told it would be. My daughters stay has been very comfortable and Enchi has back up everything agreed upon. I don't know if we could of made it happen without his help. I recommend Enchi for your home in Maine."

"This house is amazing! It’s spotless and in new condition! As soon as you walk thru the door you know you’ve picked the right place! The living room is comfortable and cozy, and the kitchen is the perfect place for gatherings! The bedrooms are all comfortable and exactly as pictured. It’s about a half mile from the beach, very easy to walk to and having a grocery across the street is very convenient ( they will even steam lobster for free ). The owners are very easy to work with and will go out of their way to help, we avoided some of the fees by dealing directly with them. They even came by the day we were leaving to give us back the deposit! Truly a class act. You can’t go wrong renting this house! Thank you so much for a wonderful house to stay in!
