"Fun weekend with Tri State. I only missed the sign saying welcome tri state! Blast getting together with old friends. I was worried it was going to be noisy, but the room was pretty sound proof! Great, friendly staff!"

"Wow! What a top notch establishment. From the moment we arrived we were impressed when greeted by very friendly office staff I think her name was Mary? She was Knowledgeable and had a sense of humor, accompanied by a radiant smile. We checked in and went to our room, the bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean. Will 100% be returning and I hope to be greeted by the lovely lady I interacted with before!"

"When I first arrived to the hotel the woman at the counter could not find my mother’s reservations and said it was only for a night. My mother was trying to explain that was not accurate and the woman could not have been ruder. Rolling her eyes breathing heavy telling her oh well. The man next to her helped my mother found the reservation in 2 seconds and was extremely friendly. He had to tell his coworker to stop because she kept being rude and never apologized for being wrong. Because of her, her lack of customer service, lack of empathy and down right being a jerk will cause me to not stay here again"
