"The hotel is located very much adjacent to the beach- good access. The rooms are quite spacious, however the mattresses are not the best. The staff and owner are quite accommodating and are available if needed (live/stay on site). I have visited a few times this summer and would consider returning to the hotel."
"What can I say? AOS is great! My family has come to old orchard since I was little. A few years back we stumbled upon AOS. We’ll continue to bring our kids back and stay here as many years as we’re able."
"This was a very clean place and the suite with a full kitchen and living room was like being in your own apartment. . Our dining area had a nice view of the ocean so while we had our meals, we had a wonderful view. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning next year. They also have an indoor pool and a patio area however we came at the end of the season so it was not available to us. The staff was very nice and accommodating."
"We had an AMAZING experience with our stay here. The owner is a very nice and accommodating woman. She gave us a tour of the common areas, come to find out they have beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards available for the kids! And some beach balls and pool noodles in the pool! The full sized kitchen appliances were awesome! We were able to cook our own meals with the provided cookware and utensils. There’s also a broom in the room so we can sweep up the sand we brought in with us. And there’s hoses outside to spray the sand off ourselves before we go inside. The beach is literally 50 feet from the hotel. Everything was very clean and easily available for our family. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for making our vacation even more excellent! We will be back!"
"I'll start off giving this place 3 star's, My family and I stayed for 4 days. Great location, but the suites need a good deep cleaning. Beds were very uncomfortable, the floors were very very filthy, the showers had a good amount of mildew in them, and they don't use room keys so using your smartphones to unlock your doors doesn't always work. With that said everything else on our trip was fine friendly staff, easy access to the beach and the surrounding areas. My kids did enjoy there stay."
