"Horrible! Horrible! No stars! The absolute worse place I have ever lived in my life! Thin walls, noisy and old aged cabinets and appliances. Dirty common areas-carpets look like they have been around for 100 years. Got stiffed on my security deposit. I cleaned the place immaculately and they still charged me 300$ for cleaning along with another $200 for carpet cleaning."

"Loved living here. This is was my first apartment. Rent was a little high but overall, the living conditions were awesome. Tenants were so nice! Eric is a great guy! Only moving because of work. If I had the choice to stay there I would! I recommend this place!"

"Nice place, beautiful grounds. The apartment renovations are on par with big city amenities. Eric and Peg have been wonderful, making the rental process painless and simple. The staff are professional and rather fun. Definitely some of the top people I have worked with. Some issues they can't fix, but what they can fix they have done so promptly and without a fuss. The complex is next to downtown Dover. If you are a fitness buff you can just walk to go to a bakery, restaurant, coffee shop, or even the Vanguard key club for a morning or evening work out. Water pressure is good at the complex also. The prices in Dover are clearly going up and this complex has stayed fairly reasonable for the Seacoast. When I got my hand laceration from work the office staff were genuinely caring and compassionate. People will always complain, some might be validated, others are just never satisfied, but this complex is working on becoming a better one for the area. You have a large diversity of people at the complex. Kids run around and play freely but respectfully HINTS this is also a SAFE complex. You might have the god of thunder living above you, but if you have good neighbors your experience at this complex will be very enjoyable. It is also a quick drive to the ocean, a 45 minute drive to the lakes region, 1 hour from Manchester, an Hour and 10 from Portland Maine, 25 minutes to Ogunquit Maine, an Hour and 10 minutes to Boston. 1 hour and 45 minutes to North Conway, and a 3 and a half hour drive to Bangor to enjoy the many outdoor activities of Maine. It is almost 5 hours to NYC. It is accessible to everything including good medical facilities. - Micah"

"Excellent apartment complex. The renovations are stunning and classy. The grounds are well maintained. This is also a family friendly complex with many young families and young business professionals. Eric, Peg and the rest of the office staff are phenomenal and attentive. In fact some of the best. I do not understand some of the negative reviews on here. It seems to just be a price increase. However for the area it is fairly priced. Some apartments are going for 2300 for two bedroom in the area. It is conveniently close to the city of Dover ( but far away enough to avoid city traffic) for a good morning walk to get coffee. Or an evening stroll for Hong Noodle bar. Everyone has been pleasant. They are all working hard to make this an up and coming place in Dover. Oh you are also right next to Dustins bakery. They have legendary chicken tenders."
