"When I moved in we were told construction was wrapping up. This place has been a non stop construction zone the last 5 years. Used to get woken up at 430am by the garbage truck for the restaurant and delivery trucks. Apt was nice but small with no storage and no central air. For what they charge in rent there should be no hassles whatsoever."

"STEER CLEAR-DO NOT LIVE HERE. The most unpleasant living situation of my life. It was rumored from many previous tenants that this company will do anything to not give your security deposit back & lo and behold-TRUE. They will charge you ridiculous charges for which could be done for a 1/4 of the price. For example one small nail hole in one single wall they will charge you for repairing the entire wall. No other landlord ever charged me for simple things and small wear and tear. Also, the management is completely bogus and will blatantly lie to your face - then will blindside you with emails & charges and then STOP RESPONDING. I am disgusted by how I was treated here and can speak for others as well. I am a military veteran as well and it’s very clear this company does not value their tenants - let alone veterans!"

"My husband and I loved our time at Pointe Place Apartments. We only moved because we had to relocate for a new job, but we would have stayed until we purchased a home had we stayed in the area. We were apartment hunting just weeks before we moved to NH. When I first called Pointe Place I was told they did not have any vacancies, but a day or two later Danna proactively called me to tell me there was an apartment available for our move in date range. The application process and move-in was seamless! Pointe Place cares deeply about your experience while living there. The leasing office told us repeatedly that they wanted us to take pride in where we lived and to let them know if anything was wrong. Maintenance was quick and efficient whenever we placed a request. The entire leasing office staff is friendly and helpful whenever you have questions (and we had our fair share of questions!). We loved that Pointe Place is dog friendly, has laundry in-unit, spacious kitchen, an elevator, trash chute, gym, dog wash, nearby restaurants, key code locked buildings, great neighbors, efficient snow removal, clear community communication, and I'm sure other things I can't recall at this moment. When we had to move out early they were upfront about the process and what the options were. We made sure to clean the apartment from top to bottom before turning in our keys and were pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful to get such a large portion of our security deposit back. We have never dealt with such a well run and friendly management company!! We highly recommend living at Pointe Place if you are looking for an apartment in the Portsmouth, NH area!"

"My husband and I have been here since November (about 5 months) and we absolutely love it here. Clean, nice layout, lots of new touches. I have really appreciated having an elevator too when bringing up groceries - we actually got a foldable cart for boxes and heavy loads so it’s so handy to have that as an option. I have also really enjoyed the neighbors who live here, everyone is so friendly and kind and will wave and say hi if you see them out and about. It’s very quiet and calm all the time. Only on some occasions do you hear people headed out to the restaurant on the street nearby which to me, is quite charming to hear people feeling happy. I LOVE having a cafe, restaurant, home decor, salon, and massage parlor (among more) on the street so nearby to us. It is so perfect to come home on the weekend from a busy workweek to grab some morning coffee and enjoy shopping haha. I actually just bought a present for my co-worker tonight over at the decor store! I also want to make a side note to say I have really appreciated the maintenance workers here. When we first moved in I noticed our fan was a bit unbalanced and the maintenance team came and fixed it so quickly and they are the friendliest guys- I would have them over for dinner anytime if I could! The management team also put in a loft of effort to communicate all winter about the snow removal and their dedication really showed. It was nice not to be afraid of slipping everywhere on my morning walk to my car because there was always salt already put down. It’s just nice to live somewhere where you feel everyone around you is genuinely a nice person at heart, from management to maintenance to neighbors. We feel blessed to be here."
