"in the year 2017 due to limited available of apartment in that area, we are forced to take it. make sure you document everything word in black and white before move in, the carpet was not even good to stay but end the tenure i have been charged carpet cleaning i would strong recommend not to opt this apartment."

"I have stayed here for an year. My suggestion: better to look for other options in Dover. Issues: Apartments are very old and walls/roof is not insulated. You can clearly hear voices, sounds from neighbours. It's really hard to sleep peacefully. Maintenance is really bad. Don't expect deposit amount after vacating the house, they wouldn't contact/respond after moving from here. Few condos are infected with bed bugs."

"When renting these apartments, be careful. 1) Make sure you document all aspects regarding the condition of the apartment. 2) Do a walk through and if there are any flaws or issues, report immediately. 3) Take pictures if you identify even small problems. This is protection for you that will be proof of the apartment's original condition. Do the same when you are leaving. If you have damaged something be aware and honest about it by acknowledging it or by repairing. This will be important if the landlord makes bogus claims about damage and then refuses to return your security deposit or even requests more money."

"No proper rules and regulations here. every tenant scared to meet apartment owner and the maintenance guy, looks like both have mutual understanding they say some nonsense to all the tenants at the time of vacating the house no return of security deposit. it happens with most of the tenants. better look for another"

"With no much choices around Dover area , I had to pick this one. I lived in this apartment for two years. This apartment is not professionally managed . If you complaint about something please do not expect an immediately response.Carpets in the entrance of apartment are poorly maintained. It smells really bad during winters. Also there is an unexpected rental hike every six months . Please be careful when you sign the lease document.Rent is high for the quality and facilities in the apartment."
