Upon move-out the property manager, Kim, claimed they’d replaced our kitchen faucet months ago without our knowledge (no such replacement was ever made, it was the same crappy, pitted faucet that was there when we moved in). When we moved out they replaced the faucet saying we damaged it and charged us for half the cost of the replacement. Not a good way to do business."
