"The location is great, the staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms need to be updated. It seems like the type of owners that won’t repaint the walls until they forget what color they originally were and will wear out the furniture until the threads are bear and springs are popping out. It’s a real shame because it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location with so much potential for great clients but with this mentality of wear it out completely, you’ll end up with less than desirable patrons. A hotel is an investment, invest in it. Your reward for your efforts will multiply, as much as your consequence of neglect. Good luck!"

"Garbage...no room service for long term stays. Laundry is 2.75 for wash 2.75 for dryer, doesnt dry clothing all the way and only has one of each. People are nice but facilities suck."

"The hotel is nice and clean. Staff is always helpful and polite. They have a small pool, it's good enough for rainy days or for a dip at night. The location is good but not too close to the beach (we are ok with that). There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores around. We stay here often. Breakfast is included. There's a 99 restaurant right in the parking lot for the nights you're tired and don't want to go far."

"Location is central, you can go to both Portland and Southern Maine very easily for day trips. No outdoor area to sit, unfortunately. Good breakfast, workout room is sufficient. Kids loved the pool, ranges from 3-5.1’ deep. Lots of fast food on the same street for quick food as needed. Hotel is nice, I’d prefer a more private area with outdoor space."

"Very clean, decent pool. There is NO JACUZZI as some sites we seen did advertise that there was one. They do have a complimentary breakfast, that for the price (free) you can't beat. Within a half an hour to most beaches, plenty of restaurants and stores around. Dryer did not work, and 8-hour money however the front desk was very willing to give us our money back. But a sign out of order, would have been better. Overall very nice place and I would definitely stay here again for the price"
