"Extremely happy with my experience as a new patient here. My new PCP was very attentive, thorough, and has a lovely personality. The desk staff were helpful and friendly. I like the convenience of being able to get lab work done on site. Smooth process all around."
"Awful staff! The people who work the front desk are a bunch of bitter old women hating on everybody. They wouldn’t let my daughter schedule her appoint with her primary care doctor and kept saying the doctor was unavailable and scheduled her with a nurse practitioner instead. Then a few weeks later we come to find out they closed her account all together. I tried to ask why but the front desk was so rude and hung up on me. The explanation they gave was because she hadn’t seen her doctor and was seeing the nurse practitioner instead! Like make it make sense, the only reason she couldn’t see the doctor was because they wouldn’t give her any appt with the doctor. And now it’s apparently her fault. DO NOT COME HERE. From their 2 star review it looks like everyone who goes here also has bad experiences."
"*if you have medical issues, do not use this as your PCP* I'm sure they're great if you don't need anything, however if you need a referral you'll have to call multiple times to get it sent. also, they must be booking out entire days on a non-urgent basis as I've been calling for weeks with serious abdominal pain and have had either calls not returned or been advised to go to clinics that have told me straight forward I need to see my PCP. after crying on the phone I was able to secure an appt....A WEEK from now. I'm not a new patient, I have an established account. as soon as my current issue is addressed, I will be running from this practice for a new PCP."
"This practice is despicable. My father has been seeing the same doctor for 15 years there. He suffers from mental health issues and the office manager does not want to deal with him so she lied and said he had too many missed appointments. There is so much more...I believe this practice is cherry-picking their patients and placing my dad's life at risk because they have refused to see him for over a year about a lump in his chest. They keep saying they won't make an appt for him until he goes to the ER and gets a referral. Yet this is his general practitioner. It is hard for someone with mental health issues to start over with a new doctor that they haven't had a history with. Instead of being understanding or compassionate about that, this practice is practically slamming the door in the face of a long-time patient. Shame on you!!!"
"There is a heavy amount of gate keeping by the nurses. They have never answered the phone, always claim that I’ve never left them a voicemail, and they ignore my portal messages. One of the times I did get a nurse to call me back she *screamed* at me for not knowing how to navigate my prescriptions which was extremely inappropriate considering I was learning how to manage ongoing care and did not actually know what to do and needed help. I have been trying to get them to fax the appropriate paperwork to my medical supplier for two months now and at this point it seems that they are willfully doing everything in their power to not help me get the care I need and are continuing to not respond to my messages. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with the health care industry."
