"I should've left this review 5 YEARS ago and I'm horrified to see Dr. Ralph Ergas is still in practice. Wish I could leave less than one star!! Looking at recent reviews I can see there's been no change to this man or the staff he works with so I don't feel bad finding every possible way to review him or his work places and make sure nobody has to go through what we did. I'll never forget the name because I'll never forget the cries, the pain, the torture, the ptsd following one single appt here. Forced my child in alone without me, did work the same day without speaking to me, strapped my scared 3yo down and gave him medicine (our bill showed codeine) in order to keep him calm for the novacaine shots WITHOUT my consent or knowledge, told me the appt was taking longer because he was a new patient and that he was so comfortable that he had fallen asleep. When he finally came out he was mortified, delusional, had to be carried out crying and scared with a mouth full of gauze. When confronted by proof on our bill to insurance and what my 3yo had told me they denied it and said my son was a liar and scared for no reason. LIES, DECIEPT, LIES AND MORE DECIEPT!! This man and his employees have no morals and should not be working with ANYONE, let alone children. If you even have a speck of love/respect for your children, their health or just their general wellbeing at all do them a favor and RUNNNNN!"

"This is the worst children's dentist I've ever been to. The older lady cleaning my child's teeth was incredibly rude, the male dentist was very rude as well. Do not bring your children there they have ZERO patience for the kids. The only bright side to the place was the receptionist she was very nice, but unfortunately she's not the one dealing with the kids."

"I have been bringing all three of my children to his Hooksett practice for roughly five years now. All three have needed work aside from cleanings done and have some anxiety. This office has been wonderful to the point they go back by themselves no problem and very comfortable ! The work is done efficiently and well explained to both parents and patients. We choose to travel 2.5 hours to this office just for the care here and will continue doing so ."

"this man traumatized me as a child and i still to this day hate the dentist because of this man!!! i was held down with restraints, unable to have my mother next to me for ONE FILLING. after my appointment after i had thrown up everywhere all over me terrified because of him(i struggle with anxiety, have since i was a little girl) he proceeded to tell my mother in front of me that i need psychiatric help:,) my mother never brought me back after that appointment and i highly suggest bringing children to ANY other dentist. i truly do not know how this man still has his license. HE needs the help, not us scared kids. i promise i do not need psych help, just a normal girl who struggles with anxiety:)"

"Brought my 7 year old granddaughter there for the second time. The first visit her gums bled and they kept telling her to look in the mirror and she didn’t want to. She doesn’t like blood. She was very hesitant about going back there. I said we will try it and if it doesn’t work out we will go elsewhere. Wish we never would’ve went back. While my granddaughter was in the office she was scared and crying. When one of the women came out to tell me I said I would go in with her. They wouldn’t let me. The same woman came out a little later and said the Dr. is very frustrated. I told her that my granddaughter was very scared because of the last time we were there. She kept saying she doesn’t do a good job brushing. She then said I held my kid down to brush their teeth for them. I said I will not do that to her. I went in to get her and she was crying, saying Mimi I do brush my teeth. The Doctor came out from another room mad and said, “you do not. Don’t fib!” Not very professional! We will not be back there!!! If I could give them a minus stars I would. I wish we never would have went back there. She is very traumatized! Thank"
