"This office will cancel appointments on you last minute but then tell you they can’t reschedule you or have you be a patient any longer because said appointment wasn’t kept. Truly disgusted with their” policies” that seem to only appear when you are trying to do something. Their favoritism of certain patients allowed to not abide by these policies is sickening, probably the only positive reviews that were written on here. Save your frustration and find a dentist that won’t treat you like dirt or be flexible with families scheduling."

"The staff is incredibly friendly and go to great lengths with their patients to make sure they are comfortable and confident. Also, no question too small or seemingly insignificant during my interactions, all of my inquiries are responded to with great detail and an understanding smile. As a busy parent their text reminders for appointments are a real life saver as well! (Lol) Cannot recommend them enough!"

Amy is absolutely fantastic with the kiddos, always making sure they feel comfortable, striking up conversations with them and making them smile. She is so sweet, and does an excellent job of sharing information with both the kids and parents. :) We also love Dr. Ganesh. We've been patients for 5 years so far and our experience has been nothing but positive/fun. I highly recommend this office and staff!"

"We had great experiences until now. I attempted to schedule my son’s first visit. I was told they are not longer accepting our insurance. They explained the reimbursement was not great for our insurance. We have the insurance through my husband. My son that cannot be seen does not see his dad 3/4 of the time due to his father’s job. My daughter that I was informed would not be seen after the new year has watched her father deploy numerous times. They makes sacrifices for their father’s job. Dover Pediatric Dentistry is fortunate to have the freedom to decide it costs too much to treat military children. Please remember military kids serve as well."
