"Went for the first time today! The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, and the doctor who saw me was great too. She answered all my questions, and did it in a really personal and caring manner. Will come back whenever needed."

"Service was fine, although I had to wait for 30 minutes in the actual patient room just for them to finish my paperwork before I could leave. The reason for my 1-star review is that they charge you to simply walk into the building AND to see a doctor. Since it's billed to your insurance as separate charges, you will probably have to pay 2 co-pays or maybe more depending on your insurance. My suggestion is to go somewhere else that wont charge you to walk in the door, and then charge you again to actually get looked at."

"Not sure about the negative reviews - I never do reviews but had to after seeing this. I've brought my kids there twice - first time, we were in and hour in an hour and 15 minutes. It took a bit long as my son was getting a swab for the flu as well as checking a few other issues. The next visit was literally less than an hour. All were polite and kind and clearly explained all that was going on. I was heading back to the website to schedule a third visit for my family, and I would not hesitate to continue to return."

"Seen super fast...within 15 mins on Sunday night. Doctor Vanderlinde was very thorough and took complete history. Everyone in clinic was very nice and friendly. I would go there again in a heartbeat. It would be awesome if they could stock starter pills for commonly prescribed non-controlled drugs such as 1st dose of antibiotic. I work in NYC part time and reading-cares there have 24 hour pharmacy service. I realize this is a luxury but maybe not thought of that way to mom with crying sick baby and two other siblings in one. In sum, some, combination of skilled doctor, reassuring staff and excellent records makes this a definite great place to go."

"I have a sick 15 month old. They brought us in a room where a med tech checked him over and then said we would still have to wait 30-40 minutes... really? I already waited for over 20 minutes in the waiting room after checking in online at home. do they not know how hard it is to entertain kids in an examine room? I also have my 6 year old with me..:"
