"They keep sending me checks to my home address for a company I never heard of and can't find a phone number for. I've called Liberty to have them stop sending money to my home for a company that is not at my address. THEY WON'T STOP SENDING MAIL THAT DOESN'T BELONG TO ME!! I've called Liberty, I've mailed letters to Liberty, and I've returned the checks and yet they keep sending me stuff for this company called Big Sky Quarter Horses. Just received a thing to vote for something at this Big Sky. Grrrrrrrrr!!!!"

"Liberty Mutual although they seemed to want to help did not mail me the life insurance policy statements that I need to file a Medicaid application. I made several phone calls only to be transferred all over the place. Not helpful"

"Don't work here! Unwilling to train and disrespectful/degrading to staff. Management is condescending and rude! They also expect a lot for very little pay and complain if employees opt for the higher cost health insurance option which they offer! I was in an interview for over an hour and all the "Manager" did was put down the current employee and complain about what she did (she couldn't have been all that bad if they kept here there for over a year and left on her own account not theirs. The manager did say that she put together a training manual for her position, but was not at all grateful. He wanted the employee to watch what he showed you to do once without writing anything down and remember it for life. A lot to be learned with no manual. I felt sorry for the girl. I learned more about his employee than the position I was applying for. I'm not sure about the other locations, but do not apply for a position with the Dover office unless you want to be put down (behind your back) and disrespect at every turn."
