"WOW!!! This dental group was a life saver! I called them today to make a new patient appointment. I was expecting to have to wait several months. I was told they were booking out to July. When I expressed that i would like to make the appointment but would like to go on a waiting list as I had a broken tooth that wasn't causing me pain yet, they offered me an appointment for next week which I was delighted to accept. I received a text from them just a few hours later offering me an appointment this afternoon! When I came to the office and checked in, the staff behind the desk yelled out "Hello Amy, welcome!"! Can you imagine a welcoming committee at a new dental office? This was such a breath of fresh air for someone who suffers with dental anxiety. My dental assistant was kind and patient as she listened to my concerns and history of my broken tooth and even eased my fears of dental anxiety. The dentist (who was filling in this week) was such a kind and gentle soul who took her time and talked me through each and every step of what she was going to do. The check out staff was so accommodating to my schedule and assisted me with making new patient appointments for my family. I look forward to being a happy patient of this practice for many years to come!"
