"Great products but Appointments are impossible. Find someplace else that can see you within a relevant time frame. Front of house staff will do nothing accommodating even if you are a current client. Thankfully my podiatrist at Summit Foot and Ankle has brought someone in-house to do this type of work and I won’t have to put up with the likely 7 months just to get a new pair."

"Drove 3 hrs as I heard Art was the best...I was given an appt with Will Smith. Will is a nice guy but I was not happy with the orthotics he made...they are big and bulky and barely fit in any shoes. He attempted to adjust them and they got even thicker. I absolutely hate that he used a mortons extension as they are not only thick but are rigid and stiff. I would not recommend.very disappointed.
