"Such a disappointing experience. I had finally gotten out of the house to go shopping (I have 2 small children). Upon arriving to an extremely messy store, I found a coat I loved and asked to set it behind the counter so I didn’t have to carry it while shopping. I found a few items I wanted to try on and then found the dressing rooms were closed. So after ditching all the items I would have liked to try on, I went to check out and found they had sold the coat I asked them to hold. I asked about it and one woman was slightly concerned about helping me while the person I asked to hold the item appeared completely uninterested. Won’t be back any time soon."

"Staff members are rude don’t want to work lazy people working here poor management with I went to kids billing she said I m closing now because she doesn’t want to work then I went to women’s billing section and I ask lady to remove one thing and she said oh now you swiping the card you want to remove something yeah I want to because I don’t want that I just decided how hard is to understand"

"If I can give this Zara a 0 star I would. They do not honor the prices of the racks. My mother wanted to buy a blazer and it was in a rack with 10 other of the same blazer, the rack said it was 22.99. Go to the register and they said they will not honor the price since it had a red sticker for $30. Also, the cashier kept saying I wanted to “change the price” when I just wanted them to honor the price as it. Didn’t pay for it. They were very rude. Especially a “male manager”. He was extremely rude and I can’t believe how he spoke to us because he didn’t want to change the price to what the store was actually advertising."

"Tried to exchange some clothes my daughter received for Xmas that were the wrong size. Apparently Zaras policy is that if they don't have the item in store it can not be exchanged. We at first had no receipt so that I kind of get. However we were able to get the receipt and even then an exchange for store credit was not possible. The money had to be refunded to my ex sister in laws card. The woman who helped us was very nice and helpful as was the manager but unfortunately there wasn't anything for them to do. I will not return to Zara. My daughter likes the clothes but there are plenty of clothing stores that don't make you jump through hoops to simply exchange something for store credit. I gave 2 stars because the staff was great otherwise it would be 1 for sure."

"The staff are really nice and friendly! If they hear you looking for a dress or see the type of dress you go for they'll come up to you and might suggest things for you as they did for me! They have lots of options to choose from. They are a bit expensive though. I wouldn't recommend shopping here often unless you have the money for that. But this is an absolutely great place to go if you need a fancy, dressy casual, or just an in-general nice outfit for going out or something! I absolutely love this store."
