"Worst car wash ever. Water pressure is so low it doesn't even get the soap off . And the blower is like dead . When my car dried it didn't even look like it was washed. Go to Mr.Bubbles on the other side of town. Way better car wash by 150%. I will never go back to envi."

"The interior of my car looked like a sandbox after over a year of going to the beach on a daily basis. I had heard good things about them (didn’t read the reviews) and booked an appt. They did a great job. I have no clue how they got the majority of the sand out, but they did! The only drawback is the scent they put inside the car. I’m basically gagging it’s so powerful. Not sure if it’s the leather treatment but it’s STRONG. And this was not an inexpensive endeavor…$300 plus tip. However, my car looks brand new and I would do it again-only this time beg them not to use such a strong scent in the interior."

"Let me start by saying that I am no young chick, I drive a nice, newer SUV and I've previously had a subscription at another car wash for more than a year. I only cancelled that one because my job brought me to a different area and and I wasn't getting there frequently enough to justify the cost of the subscription. After searching google for another place that offered a monthly plan, I found Envi Auto Care, which just happened to be within a quarter mile of one of my frequent job sites. There are some pretty bad reviews here on quality of service as well as a rude owner, but, as you can read for yourself, there are also some rave reviews, stating what a great job they do and how nice the employees are. Being a 'benefit of doubt' kind of person, I decide to give them a go. So, I pull in and asked about the new monthly plan and sign up for the $14.99 tier. Quick and simple! Wash 1: Still dirt on the driver's side rocker panel. Wash 2: Same dirt still there! Wash 3: Same dirt and a huge spot of bird or bug goop left on windshield. Wash 4: All dirt still hangin' tight along with some brand new water spots on the windshield! Yay! Who doesn't like new things?!? (will try to post pics, taken this afternoon, right after the 4th wash) Cancelled monthly plan. Never offered a refund, or any kind of solution to remove the grime. AND a tall guy with a salt and pepper beard, who I assume is the owner, was downright rude to me. Stating that, "Sometimes things need to be scrubbed off." and "You seem to be the only one having a problem." To which I replied, "No, I've seen the reviews on Google!". I had a much more detailed account of events typed out, but there is a character limit. :\ P.S. I thought scrubbing things off was what a car wash was for. No?"

"I Just had my truck interior detailed and I am beyond happy with the results. I gave them my truck that was filthy from the winter and mud season and they returned it to me looking like new. The customer service and professionalism is absolutely top notch. I will 100% be a repeat customer and advise everyone to give these guys a shot at making your vehicle shine!"
