"Needed freezer drawer replaced repairman sent pictures of model and serial number. drawer sent came without needed parts. No response from store."

"They came to repair our wall oven which is a Kenmore under my Sears service contract. The technician was in and out of there within an hour, completely repaired the unit so that it worked properly, and followed up with a phone call to explain exactly what was done. No additional costs apart from the usual $75 deductible + my monthly charge of 49.95. Great job!"

"My washer is covered under sears warranty. It was leaking. Set an appointment but technician said that your location is a business address so your appliance is not covered. I tried to explain that it is under my name and the copy of agreement given to me does not say that it is not covered but he did not listen. Be aware and stay away from any of their products or warranty offers. They are daytime robbers. Would never suggest to anyone."

"They were supposed to repair my refrigerator yesterday. I paid the tech 552 dollars signing that they would come out tomorrow and they never showed up. Got a message saying was rescheduled for 2 weeks out. I called to cancel but they wont refund me my money. They broke the contract not me so why cant I be refunded? They dont know anything and cant help with any issues. Stay clear from them."
