"Worst experience ever !! SHAME TO YOU GUYS FOR SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered coffee and munchkins for my kids! I ordered curbside ! And the guy(older) who brought my order wasn’t correct! So I kindly asked if he could give me the right amount of munchkins! He took the bag and answered with angry attitude go get yourself! Yes I would if I wouldn’t have three kids with in the car ! And that’s why you have this option for curbside !"

"Greed has gotten the best of Dunkin's , prices went up and the quality went down the drain. Every donut I've gotten is stale, and hard. Haven't gotten a fresh donut from this chain in years."

"When there's no customers, the place runs smoothly. When there are, that's when the clown show begins. Order a medium hot, extra cream, extra sugar? Takes 10 minutes for the staff to fumble around. The one at the register told me they were working on it. There were a line of 10 customers still waiting to have their orders taken, while at least 4 customers (including myself) were standing around waiting and coming up at the 10 minute mark. One poor dude was waiting for his order while I was in line - took them 15 minutes to make a regular, large hot coffee. The girl making the coffee this morning? Kept looking around and dumping the hot coffees out in the sink. I told them I had been waiting for my hot coffee with cream and sugar for 10 minutes. The guy at the register told me "don't come back." In front of everyone, he told me not to come back. Nice - I work in sales as an account executive, and if I said that to any of our customers, I'd be fired in an instant."

"Great location, the employees are all good people, always happy to serve us and on top of the orders. Fast service and never had problems with the quality of my food."

"I used to go in this dunking every single day and I stopped doing it because everything they do it’s not good, if you politely complain they treat you bad !! I went to try one more time today, asked for a avocado toast and my bread was NEVER toast, the avocado was black and they put a big chunks of uncooked bacon, horrible!!! The store was not busy the time I went, Sunday morning,but unfortunately they do not know how to treat a customer. I won’t come back anymore, even that I leave right on the same street but I better drive far way to get my coffee then spend my money over this Dunking."
