Panera Bread

"Typically Panera is one of my favorite places, however, not recommending this location. They were short staffed One mature woman was taking orders, filling bakery orders, refilling coffee carafes, and emptying trash. Guess they didn't have a person to manage the diswasher, our food was packaged as a take out order rather than a dine-in. There were no dishes or trays It was a bad day for this location. Not my usual "atta boy" for Panera"

"really gross in here. I've seen rats twice, flies usually, clean tables rarely, and a centipede that fell from the ceiling into my hair once. I keep coming because I'm fairly sure the rats can't swim in the charged lemonade containers"

"I was outside waiting for a mobile order and realized my car was having issues in the parking lot. While I was trying to figure out what was wrong the employee Victoria came out on her break to help me see what was going on. The sweetest, nicest lady I ever met. Panera should give this woman a raise."

"Great breakfast choices. Chipotle chicken in tomato basil sandwich with wild rice and chicken soup is a good option to try. 2023, Frontega chicken used to be good once. Now it's awful."

"I ordered a catered lunch for my company, and I just want to say that the catering team has excellent customer service. Our drinks had been left out of the initial delivery, and when I called the café they were very kind and professional. The delivery driver came back with the drinks and a complimentary dessert from the trouble (and he was very kind and professional as well!) I really appreciated how great the experience was, and will be ordering from this Panera again. Thank you!"
