"Panera is going automated, so we ordered from a screen, then received a text when the food was ready. It took a fairly long time because they were so busy but came out hot and delicious. The drink selection is interesting and varies. The dining room is clean and someone was there to wipe the table as soon as someone left. A little on the expensive side -- we spent almost $40 for two people, and drinks are $4 each!"

"Possibly the worse Panera ever. I'm Not from around here, live 16 hours away. So my only experience here was terrible. Waited 20 minutes+ for order..not too busy. The Lady in front of me had to come back twice to get order right, then the next guys order wrong, then the next guy ordered 2 salads , only got one. Then my order, while all there, food was absolutely terrible. The sandwich wasn't fully wrapped, it was a big sloppy mess, and the soup was the worst ever. I love Panera food, this is the first time I had have been dissatisfied. The guy making food was apologetic, so I didn't say anything, as I could see his staff wasn't working too hard to help. But I paid a lot and I'm on vacation, wasting my time."

"I ordered the bacon turkey bravo sandwich, which in the picture was toasted but i got without toast perhaps because i tweaked the ingredients a bit to include spinach and fried onions. However there was ample turkey and the sauce was really good. I loved toasted bread so this was slightly a bummer but can't fault them. I had accidently ordered for takeaway when i actually wanted a plate. The plate i got had a curry spot from a previous meal. i chose to eat my sandwich on the side that was clean. I had a $2 discount but $12.30+tax originally for this sandwich may be normal for Panera standard but given that the taste wasn't drop your jaw, i think for me the value of money wasn't there. I like the panera sip club which is why I come to the cafe but up till now i have only liked their sweet bakery food and yet to get impressed by savory offerings."

"I placed a web order here for pick up. 1x Avocado, Egg White and Spinach breakfast sandwich, 1x Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich with a French baguette side, 1x Bear Claw and 1x Cafe Latte. My hubby picked up the order and came back to our hotel and the French baguette was missing! Also, for the Avocado Egg White Sandwich I asked to add some peppadew peppers, but they did not add that. I actually wanted the sporuted grain bagel flat but it was sold out and had to go with the black pepper focaccia."
