"Im giving this a 1 star review so people could see this more (we all skim over good reviews and read the bad ones) but really it would be 5 stars or a million years. THEY MAKE THE BEST SANDWICHES. Honestly I don’t know how they do it, but every single other Dunkin’s sandwiches are never cooked as good as they cook them here. The service is simple and nice and always on time. Every time I come to Waltham, I literally say “I’m going to that 7/11 dunks” just because it’s better than any other one"
"Just came in. I smiled, she was mad for some reason. I asked for an iced latte and whatever she made was clearly not anything like a latte. I did not handle her the money right away because the drink did not look like how I usually have it. Very rude person and not friendly at all. Stay away from this location if you want to have your drink made the right way. She clearly hates her job."
