Dunkin'

"I don’t think I’ve ever placed an app order that included a bagel and gotten the bagel I ordered. They are constantly out of everything, orders typically take forever regardless of size, and most of the time you need to interrogate someone to figure it out. It’s a Dunkin’ so I’m not expecting too much, but that kinda sucks."

"Ordered bacon egg and cheese and the bacon with the bun were burnt, like a charcoal. There are no customers but it took them more than 20 minutes to make an order"

"The food was alright, I got a chai tea latte, a bagel, snacking bacon and a bagel twist and they were all ok. The chai tea latte took 15 minutes to get and the snaking bacon quantity is less that other Dunkin's I have been too. The workers are polite and were very understanding about my displeasure with how long it took to get the latte. The place was clean for how busy it was and all the workers were doing their job."

"Super slow, and when they were out of a certain kind of bagel they didn’t ask what other kind wanted they just made it on a different one. Waited a super long time for food and drinks and so did other people and then it was wrong. They didn’t put cheese on the bacon egg and cheese, they made the drink hot instead of iced, and on the other sandwich they put bacon instead of sausage."

"Mobile order didn’t work. Ordered a scheduled pick up the day before. Got to the store this morning and it wasn’t ready. Had to leave quickly didn’t have time to ask why they didn’t do their job. Won’t recommend or use again while visiting area. tried again today they had the coffee ready but the food wasn’t ready. Like they needed to be told to make an entire order. Shame lack of management is hurting this location."
