"PLEASE READ! Ok, so my kids came home like this from daycare today. We just got back from the emergency room: Sunburn in the First Degree and Zoey had heat stroke. They are covered in heat rash. I appreciate your treatment for saying something about your inappropriate comments about my son for his ADHD and now my kids come home burned. The daycare had two bottles of sunscreen provided. Does this look like sunscreen was used?? Tristan is 2 and Zoey is 1. I have documentation that an anonymous report was filed to CPS the date following my report to the licensing board. It was not in the contract to apply sunscreen to them prior to arrival at 7 and 8 in the morning. Even if they had sunscreen on at 7 and 8 am, it still needs to be reapplied. It was in the contract for us to provide sunscreen which we did. None was used. They arrived to daycare not burned and were burned to the point of glowing red at time of pick up, after 8-9 hours in her care. Even his fingers were burned.
