Ground Round Sports Grille

"Ordered 1 pizza online through their website, after getting a message stating the order was ready, once I went inside to pick it up I was told it was Not ready… ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes before it was finally done. I should have checked the pizza before leaving but unfortunately it wasn’t until getting home my wife and I noticed that the pizza wasn’t even fully cooked, we had to throw it in the oven for at least 5 minutes! Not impressed by this place at all!!"

"Was there for a corporate party they did a very great job at catering to all of our needs it was a 16 plus gathering which ended up being very nice for everyone bowling for the youngers bar for the older food was decent"

"Our waitress was not very good at her job. Our drinks came out one by one every five minutes until there was four drinks on the table. One being only water. There was four of us and we ordered three appetizers between the four of us. We only received two appetizers. The first appetizers was good. The second appetizers was mozzarella sticks. They were not cooked and did not get eaten. When the waitress asked what was wrong she was told they were not cooked. All she said was sorry and took them away. Two chicken tender entrees were order. Yet again not edible. One order of chicken and broccoli Alfredo was ordered. It was cold. The haddock entree was ordered not as bad as the rest but it still was bad. All the waitress said was sorry throughout our meal. Nothing was taking off the bill. We split the check and even that was screwed up. Our orders were on different bills. It was like playing mic and match game. You have lost four costumers and word of mouth does eventually hurt a business. Best of luck to ya. Not a place I would recommend."

"Wow, you have to try the bbq chicken Flatbread pizza with crispy onion rings on top, nice and thin crispy flatbread...it was really good..and you will defiantly want extra napkins. The staff provided excellent service , made great suggestions and throughly explained the menu options. Great beer selection also.I am truly looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for a family friendly fun and inviting atmosphere. You can even have your food served in the bowling center if you want to watch a game while you eat. Will be back soon. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu."

"I ordered doordash from ground round 2 days in a row and was extremely disappointed both days.. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and pretzel sticks the 1st day and they were both disgusting. The pretzel sticks were wet and slimy when they got to me and the quesadilla was falling apart. Today I ordered the grilled chicken salad with cranberries and candied walnuts. When I opened the Box it looked like the container had been shaken vigorously. The description on the menu says that all of my greens would be tossed in Italian dressing. Not the case at all. There was absolutely no dressing, the chicken is basically burnt and cannot even be swallowed as it is so dried out, there is so much Gorgonzola cheese on here that the whole Box smells like dirty feet. I definitely will not be ordering from ground round Again anytime soon."
