"We stayed in room 29, which is an Oceanside room, on floor 3. The view was absolutely amazing. The bed was beyond comfy, and everything was extremely clean. We will be back, hoping for an ocean front preferably 26! The pool was nice and warm as yesterday was super rainy so we couldn’t enjoy the beach but we made the best of it!"

"Don't know the rooms or services because I went to the pool my room was at the ocean house hotel and motel. Beautiful and not as cold as the ocean. Beautiful weather it was 90' that day. Nice and clean, friendly visitors."

"We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was very nice..the room a little outdated but very clean. The pool area was nice and the location was excellent. Those are the positives. The negatives for me were big ones . The first being this- Sea View is advertised on Trip Adviser as a non smoking hotel..but it is not. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms but allowed on all the common space..including the shared decks. On the first 2 nights..our neighbors varied between cigarettes and pot..so every time we stepped out of our room that is what we smelled. Our neighbors on the second 2 nights were chain smokers so enjoying the deck space was out of the question. There is supposedly no smoking in the pool area..but there were plenty of people smoking in plain sight of staff...so clearly not enforced. The Trips Adviser listing should be corrected to people like me who specifically look for non smoking environments don't feel tricked. The second negative were the room size. I booked the exact same room for my son as I did for myself...at the same cost..yet his room was MUCH smaller.. so there should be some consistency there. Finally..the parking situation is horrendous...and again apparently not enforced. It's too bad because I wanted to like this place but the negatives make it impossible."
