Old Orchard Beach Inn

"Just a horrible experience. Mattress looked and felt like it came over on the Mayflower. No drinking glasses in bathroom. No tissue only toilet paper in bathroom. No towels, had to go and get them myself. Clock radio was dead. TV service is so bad it literally would take a minute to change a channel, picture dropped in and out. Breakfast cereal was all kids super sugary types. Cold coffee. It was a pitiful breakfast. Everyone was complaining out loud at breakfast and no one cared if staff heard. And as another review stated the staff acted like they had no idea how to run a hotel."

"Rooms were a little tired. Bed was small. Nice breakfast included and tea and coffee in reception throughout the day. We went mid Oct and the town of Old Orchard Beach was practically closed. We really struggled to find somewhere to eat."

"This is in a beautiful location. It is a short walk to the beach and the pier. The parking was adequate. The staff were pleasant and friendly. Ithe rooms, Inn, and grounds are all non-smoking. I found the rooms to be on the older side but everything was in working order. My only complaint would be with the beds themselves. I was in a room with two beds. One I would consider unusable and the other was very uncomfortable. Not sure if I would stay again due to this. Otherwise this is a lovely place and is perfect for travelers on a budget."

"Inn is in a good location straight up from the main street and beach. The inn is run down, pealing paint, old windows that are held open with a stick. The blinds fall off or don't work, the bed is low and wobbly, the TV is old and slow. The staff however, is very friendly and helpful. For the price, it was not what I expected."

"Within walking distance of beach. Quaint old inn decorated with period pieces. Breakfast is available in a pleasant dining room. Not handicap accessible especially the suite on the top floor. Suite is furnished with kitchen and 2 bedrooms."
