Found the front 9 enjoyable, back 9, found it very difficult..elevated tees and greens...deep bunkers, hard fast greens...the locals joked about first timers running out of golf balls....very beautiful course (I played in peak foliage season). "It is a beautiful course with a sub par staff. I've played here twice this summer and both times I have been met with a rude older lady. I had booked tee times that were at a reduced price due to the time and she made me feel as if I was lucky to be allowed on the course at that price. The second time they told me I shouldn't even expect to play 18 holes for that price, despite that being what I had booked. Over all beautiful course but if you can play without talking to the staff I'd recommend it."
