"The staff here are nice but there’s very few of them and I’ve only met my actual doctor, Dr, McClure, once as a new patient. She’s always booked out, to the point I don’t even get offered when I can see her; I just never can. I’m going through a legitimate health crisis at the moment. Been hospitalized twice. My quality of life of course impacted negatively. And I’m in desperate need of my referral. You can never reach them by phone because it’s only one guy doing check ins and calls. They’re good about callbacks but then you play phone tag, wait days, and they still sent my referral to the wrong people. And I found that out after a week and a half of more waiting. Said they’d correct the mistake and I find out the correct place still has not received any referrals or orders almost two weeks after. Mind you I try to call for updates but I’m mentally exhausted. I’m sick on the daily, and I’m running out of my medication too from the hospital with no specialist date insight. I’m still expected to function normally and can’t. I could go on but this whole situation has been grossly mishandled and/or understated. I just need some proper help and for goodness sake the proper paperwork for my specialist, because they won’t even lift a finger without it."

"NEGATIVE 5 stars for the horrible front-end customer service! The entire telephone experience has gone from inconsistently poor to very poor service in the past year to unacceptable in the present. TWENTY MINUTES on hold to get to the operator? Then to be told by the operator that it's a "great system" in response to my issues (which I clearly stated to her)? Those issues include: the wait, of course; the voice activated prompts, which misinterpret EVERY SINGLE BACKGROUND NOISE as a response. Yet you're advertising for NEW PATIENTS?!"

"Dr. Emily McClure and her staff here are a top notch medical team, something that's very rare here on Cape Cod now. Issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Dr. McClure is extremely thorough and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better primary care doctor and office. I am so thankful they are here."
