"Be aware people while choosing this practice, because doctors in this practice puts business decisions over patients. I had a hand surgery recently with Dr. Kimball and it didn't go successfully, he failed as a Surgeon. Because he chose to perform the operation although he knew that the surgery wouldn't have been successful given the fact that it passed operation window timeline which had a very low chance of success. However, he made a lot of money for his practice, although it had a bad patient outcome for me. Dr. Kimball didn't have moral and ethical compass which probably what this practice pushed for as a business model. If you want to know what is business decisions versus the best patient outcome, you may simply look it up. Because of this greedy, unethical medical practice, many patients may have to suffer for unnecessary things like mine. I hope one day they will get exposed."

Dr. Braziel and his team answered all my questions (even the stupid ones), and kept me informed of the process and what to expect as soon as I signed on. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and highly trained which led to a great relaxing, stress-free experience (for something which is typically not).
