"Shelves are organized but the crowd here is something else. We got coughed on while browsing and someone blocked our car in with their cart full of dirty masks when the cart return was literally 5 steps away. First and last time we’ll be at this BJs."

"Love BJs. The customer service at the tire center at this location is rough. I've called them a total of 6 times in the last two weeks. Only once did they actually answer. One time, I heard someone pick up the phone and then they immediately put the call on hold. They never took me off hold—they just left me there with the elevator music. I think they were tired of listening to the phone ring. Maybe they are short-staffed, but they at least need some sort of voicemail to guide people who are calling the tire center."

"Worst customer service at the return department. I explained that I do not have a receipt and asked if she can scan my membership card. She immediately said "I KNOW WHAT I AM DOING". I am not ordering what she must do. I was just asking if scanning my membership is an option to return."

"Went to BJs for cat litter and mouthwash.... applied a $2.50 coupon and handed the cashier $40... then, because of my BJs reward the pad ask if it wanted me to apply the $23.48 of rewards to my bill. I pressed yes. It zeroed out, the cash register open and the receipt printed. Then, the cashier trys telling me the rewards don't apply because I'm late on my bill and trys to keep my money and ring me up again. I asked for a manager and her and another associate tried to tell me there is no manager on. It had to take 2 other associates to tell her to give me back my money. She finally did. I called 20 minutes later after leaving the store and spoke to a manager. Don't let the cashiers scam you."

"BJs sells almost everything. Great location for your shopping needs. I got my tires done here and the service was stellar. They also have amazing deals on their TV's as well as your normal food items."
