"GREAT urgent care facility! I was a walk in without a reservation. Facility was clean. It was only about 5-10 mins before I was called back. I saw Nicholas Maselli who had one of the sweetest dispositions of any doctor I've ever met, plus he actually listened to me and helped me! I can't remember the last time I experienced that. My nurse, Nicole B. clearly knew what she was doing, also listened, and was nice about it when I struggled with the swab. They had me on my way home in 20-30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. I went to the minute clinic in dedham a couple days prior to visiting BILH Urgent Care, and it was a horror story so I was genuinely scared to seek medical attention again. I'm so glad I came here. Dr. Maselli and Nicole have no idea how much their kindness and professionalism meant to me. I had been crying and in agony for a week straight with no signs of improvement until I visited them. I hope they see this. Thank you so much!!"

"Really good urgent care. Kind doctors who listened and actually attended to the problem. My struggle is that the doctor did not do the read of the X ray herself, and the doctor who DID do the read clearly had no clue what was going on, as he gave 3-4 possibilities of what it “could be”. I was referred to podiatry, so we’ll see what they say. Pretty decent urgent care altogether. I’ll be back if needed."

"Reserved a time online, arrived no wait time, was seen expeditiously by RN and MD, sent to radiology for some imaging, confirmed nothing broken from my fall, splinted and cleaned injured areas and on my way in 70 minutes from arrival. I would definitely highly recommend! RN Katie and MD Balser took great care of me!"

"I recently went to Beth Israel urgent care in Dedham with a very, very sore throat and a cough. I was afraid I may have had strep and/or Covid. I’ve been to this location for my wife a few times but had never gone for myself. My wife and father-in-law have also used the Chestnut Hill clinic. BI has the best urgent care clinics by far. You can schedule an appointment time as opposed to walk in urgent care where you are at the mercy of the line of people in front of you. The clinic was new and clean. I was seen by a nurse and then by a doctor. Both were personable, professional and competent. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had, and I highly recommend Beth Israel urgent care and the Dedham site in particular."
