"This office is a joke. The only saving grace is the amazing tech downstairs. They are always confused, disorganized, and Dr. Blazar is always running at least an hour behind. He's mostly unhelpful and uses dry humor to try and excuse his lateness and lack of interest in giving you answers or pointing you in the right direction if he can't help you. Mind you it's been like this before the care new England change and continues to be so. I will not be back. Do yourself a favor, be your own advocate and take your orders and business somewhere else. It's all about dollar signs here."

"Appointment was scheduled for 9:50 (I asked for as early as possible), I arrived on time and was told I was scheduled for 2:10 but could stay. After waiting 1 hr I was brought to exam room only to wait another 40 min to see the doctor. Not acceptable!"

"I have been going to this place for years. They have done 5 surgeries on me. The last surgery I had they were suppose to do a more extensive surgery but during the surgery the dr chose not to. I woke up crying because I knew I would end up with the same pain. After a year I can't get up from a bent down position without being in extreme pain. I go see a new doctor and he tells me he will do surgery (the same surgery I was suppose to get over a year ago). I schedule the surgery, tell my work the date. The office called me and said they needed to cancel due to having to do things a certain way with insurance. Fine. Then they say I have to pay out of pocket up front what I will owe for surgery. Out of 5 surgeries I've never paid out of pocket up front once! I've always paid my bills and what's owed. They finally call me back after I called them 3 times about what this balance is going to be and I was shocked! I ask them if there is anyway they can work with me because I can't afford the whole Balance up front but that I could pay the majority of the bill. The lady said NO that they can't work with me. That this is the policy as of a year ago. So after all of the stress this office has given me I'm fed up! I have scheduled to see another doctor at a completely different place. It is disgusting how they treat their patients!"

"Not good, they don't return calls and it's impossible to get anyone competent on the phone."
