Nancy was the receptionist but Courtney ended up calling my dad instead of me and left me a voicemail. I called back and got someone else and she asked the same questions I got asked before. It confused me because everything was all set and my appointment was set up. I had gone here when I was a kid and saw Dr Hall twice for head stitches. I decided against it and to stay at the doctors office I had gone to before Dartmouth Hitchcock merrimack"

He is older but he has 100% cognitive ability but this place flooded him full of information and gave him ZERO paperwork to take home. He mentioned referral to a cardiologist and other issues but there was no paperwork for our family to turn to. Absolutely unacceptable follow up care at this facility. We are left totally guessing"
