"Jonathan repaired the pipes and replaced our outdoor faucet after they froze and burst after having had the same issue and repairs done by a previous plumbing company last year. Instead of just replacing the faucing Jonathan added drain valves inside and explained how to better winterize the system to avoid the issue again. He was prompt with his quote, reasonably priced, and communicated through the process, letting us know about a delay in getting the faucet from a supplier. Once the part was in he showed up on time, was personable, and worked neatly and efficiently. Jonathan even followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work, and asked if he could come back to repair a hole in our wall that was left by the previous plumber. Despite the fact that this area isn't really visible in our utility room, he made sure the work looked finished and professional. We will definitely use JP Bresnahan Plumbing for any future plumbing needs."
