"When you call Paul the Plumber, they will require $99 fee just to quote the plumbing job (understandable). The issue I have with Paul the Plumber is when they quote work the price is TWICE what it should cost. I needed my water heater replaced in Nashua, NH and Paul the Plumber quoted me $4200 for an Electric Water heater yet the competition was $2100. Same work but Paul the Plumber charges TWICE as much. I went with Steve Martin Plumbing and heating and was very happy with them."

When explaining the situation and how to fix it, he reviewed multiple options and at no point ever pressured me to go in one direction or another.
