The gentleman on the phone was nice and polite .he asked me what the problem was .I explained in detail what the issue was. He quickly said , sir I can come look at it but long story short save your $ it won't be cost effective to fix . It's time to replace it . I thanked him for his honest professional opinion as he could have just sent a tech out to make $ on service call he knew would be waisted time but instead he was open and honest .Great business practice ."
